Stay Viaduct runs serviced apartments across three buildings on Viaduct Harbour: The Heritage, The Sebel and The Quays. Rates start at $189 a night. The apartments are set up for longer stays rather than overnights, with full kitchens, in-suite laundry, high-speed fibre and access to a gym, heated pool and sauna. Arrival packs cover the first two to three days. Secure parking is available on site, subject to availability and with a 2.1 metre height limit. For work trips the apartments double as meeting space, with dining tables, good light and 65-inch screens, and there are conference rooms on site for anything larger. Flexible invoicing and group booking are handled directly, which is the part that matters if you are booking for a team rather than yourself. Everything on the waterfront is walkable from the door, and the ferry terminal is about ten minutes on foot.
